All in all, this is a super professional group, their website is very user friendly for making payments online, the property is clean and updated and the manager staff very friendly and such. Although, on Christmas Eve 2018, I went to drop off a couple things to my unit. The INSIDE code reflects the incorrect TIME which made it AFTER 10P when I tried to leave although it was not 10P yet. The gate didn't open, it was error messaging, I called the phone number listed on the website, no one answered, I honked the horn, no one showed up at the door, so I was locked in. If this had been a medical emergency, HOW would I have EVER gotten out!? Very concerning.
